Terms of service

Effective 6 September 2026

These terms describe the basis on which Lorena Labs provides Stella Loop, including its hosted application, website, desktop application, API and command-line tools. Questions can be sent to info@lorenalabs.com.

The service provider is Lorena Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16991625. Our registered office and postal contact address is 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. In these terms, “Lorena Labs”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lorena Labs Ltd.

Your agreement and account

By using the service after these terms take effect, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Any separately signed agreement governs where it conflicts with these terms.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Organization administrators are responsible for managing memberships, roles, integrations, agent permissions and billing or execution settings.

What Stella Loop provides

Stella Loop helps teams organize and run software-development workflows. Features may include project documents, analysis, proposals, tasks, feedback, integrations, conversations and agent execution. Availability depends on your deployment, subscription or operator grant and the configuration of your workspace.

Beta and early-access features can change or fail. They do not carry an uptime or support commitment unless we agree one separately. Keep appropriate copies of important work and review release information before relying on a feature.

Your content and our service

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give Lorena Labs and the service providers needed for your configured features permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display that content to provide, secure and support the service and carry out your instructions. This permission is limited to those purposes and applicable retention obligations; it does not transfer ownership of your content.

You must have the rights and permissions necessary to supply content, connect repositories and services, and authorize processing by people, agents and external providers. Do not submit content in breach of another person's confidentiality, intellectual-property or privacy rights. The privacy policy explains our handling of personal information. A separate data processing agreement, where required, governs processing on an organization's behalf.

Lorena Labs and its licensors retain their rights in the service, branding and underlying software. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. These terms do not reduce rights granted under those licences.

Agents, AI and connected services

You control which integrations and execution environments you authorize. Agents and AI features can generate inaccurate, incomplete, insecure or infringing output, and authorized actions can change repositories, consume provider credits or create other consequences. Review output, permissions, budgets and approval rules before relying on them or allowing execution.

Workspace approval gates and cost controls help manage execution; they do not replace your responsibility for the access you grant or guarantee that third-party charges and actions can always be reversed. Do not use generated output as the sole basis for a consequential decision without appropriate review.

Connected providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, limits, prices and treatment of submitted information can differ from ours. You are responsible for your own provider accounts and credentials.

Acceptable use

You must not use Stella Loop for unlawful activity; distribute malware; attempt to obtain unauthorized access; evade permissions, approval gates or usage controls; interfere with the service or another user's work; or submit material you have no right to process. Do not use the service to send unsolicited or deceptive messages or to infringe others' rights. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to our contact address.

Charges

Any paid service must be described in an order, subscription or checkout that you accept. That agreement specifies the applicable price, usage basis, billing period and cancellation or renewal terms. We do not introduce a paid subscription solely through publication of these terms. Separately connected model providers and infrastructure services may charge you directly for use you authorize.

Suspension and ending use

You can stop using the service and ask us or your administrator about account closure, exports and deletion. Leaving an organization, revoking an integration or archiving a project does not automatically delete all its records.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful use, material breach, unpaid charges that are due, or a legal requirement. We will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue where reasonably practicable and lawful. If we discontinue a hosted service, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to retrieve available content where practicable.

Responsibility and limits

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Except for commitments we expressly make and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, particular development outcomes, or the correctness of third-party or generated content.

Each party remains responsible for its own acts and omissions under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Any additional allocation or limit of liability must be set out in a separate agreement that the parties accept.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the updated text and revision date and provide notice of material changes before they take effect where required. If you do not accept a material change, you can stop using the affected service, subject to any existing agreement and rights that apply.

Please contact info@lorenalabs.com to try to resolve a dispute. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to courts. Any governing-law or jurisdiction provision in a separately signed agreement applies subject to mandatory law; otherwise the applicable law determines those matters.
